Thanks to the London tribe asking for a short 8-bar (22 sec) overdub… requesting a ‘songo, funk, snare-driven half-time groove with a call-and-answer vibe between a percussionist and a drummer.’

Not too much to ask for I said (jokingly) …more cowbell I say. They loved it so I’m happy.

This wasn’t the take and for those that have asked just now…I used flams, rim-shots, 5-stroke rolls with an ostinato cowbell on beats 1/2/3/4 (as per songo) and the left-foot hi-hat on the +’s giving it a cut-time feel against the half-time pulse.
